The Roberts & Roberts Law Firm
Founded in 1992, Roberts & Roberts is one of Killeen's oldest continuously operating law firms. Recognized for integrity and professional excellence, our experienced and knowledgeable attorneys are committed to providing the superior legal representation our clients deserve. - Peer Review Rated. All partners of the Firm are Peer Review Rated by other members of the bar and the judiciary for ethical standards and legal ability. The Firm has an AV® rating, indicating the highest levels of skill and integrity.
- Texas Bar Foundation. All partners of the Firm are Life Fellows in the Texas Bar Foundation, which provides funding to enhance the rule of law and the system of justice in Texas. A Fellow is recognized as being dedicated to the law and to the cause of justice, a member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas, and a person of high professional standing among his or her peers. Only 0.0033% of the members of the State Bar are nominated annually to become Fellows.
- College of the State Bar. To stay on the cutting edge of the latest developments in the law, the Firm's attorneys include both current and former members of the College of the State Bar of Texas, an honorary society of lawyers who are among the best-trained attorneys in Texas. Only qualified attorneys who have demonstrated high ethical standards and made an extraordinary commitment to continuing professional education are selected for membership.
- Naturally, all attorneys of the Firm are members in good standing with the State Bar of Texas, and of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section. Other professional distinctions held among members of the Firm include recognition in Marquis® Who's Who in American Law, and in both the Killeen Daily Herald and the Harker Heights Evening Star newspaper "readers choice" polls.
The Firm is committed to an effective pro bono program, each year performing many hours of free or reduced-cost legal services to the indigent and non-profit associations. The attorneys and staff are also involved in and actively support a variety of civic and charitable organizations. Finally, the Firm's attorneys include present and former members of local government and the United States military.
